Delivery Policy

The processing of orders will start as soon as your payment is received. We will use the best available courier service to deliver the goods you ordered.  The shipping cost is quoted from the address you supplied.

Orders will be delivered in 1 to 3 working days for metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, Gold Coast, Geelong and Penrith areas. All other delivery zones will be delivered within 1 to 5 business days dependant on your delivery zone.

Typical delivery fee in Australia ranges from around $7 to $50 depending where your locations are. In most metropolitan areas, the fee is around $10.
Delivery fee to China and the rest of the world will be $59.95 per parcel.

Big and bulky items may take longer to deliver.  Please allow 1 to 2 extra working days for such orders.
